Levern started in residential construction in the early 1960's, in Columbia, South Carolina, For many years he built quality custom homes in some of the most prestigous communities in Columbia. In the late 1980's, Levern discovered the beauty of the Appalachian foothills and relocated to the Oconee County area where he now makes his home, and continues to build quality custom homes.
