Who is Levern Backman?

Levern started in residential construction in the early 1960's, in Columbia, South Carolina, For many years he built quality custom homes in some of the most prestigous communities in Columbia. In the late 1980's, Levern discovered the beauty of the Appalachian foothills and relocated to the Oconee County area where he now makes his home, and continues to build quality custom homes. Levern is dedicated to the very best craftsmanship, authentic detailing, highest quality materials, and creating a home that will stand the test of time. He takes great personal pride throughout every stage of construction. Levern strives to build well constructed homes beyond fine architectural details and finishes. Each home he builds represents a combination of the clients' dreams and his ability to translate them into architectural form. He takes pride in delivering solid craftsmanship and lasting value.
